Yep, that time of year folks. Got my once a year, insurance paid, full physicall. Just waiting on some blood tests to find out if I am in good health.
Zoe is coming in on Saturday for 7 whole days. Can't wait to see her. Long distance relationships suck just as much at 40 as they do at 30. Maybe even worse.
But, that's life. She is learning tons at school and I just love that she still has a chance to have this kind of adventure.
Tomorrow, Tang lao shi and I will head to UCLA for chi gong with the cancer patients, as long as it does not rain.
Oh yeah. The doctor's scale shows I gained a couple of pounds. Darn. No more deserts for a couple weeks.
Or, start working out harder... I have been slacking off lately.
